The inevitable

The inevitable

You’ll forget me in a while
It’s inevitable
After the tears have dried, I become forgettable.
No sense in saying No, it’s life in essence…

I was here for a while then you lost my presence.
I know you missed me for a certain time; that’s ok, please don’t worry about me.

Your time will also come when you will be missed too.
When the sounds of feet and tears become an echo to you.
When you lay there, still, reconnected with your flesh, laying there pondering the next life, your death.
You will have time to think, mourn and reminisce like I do or I did I am not sure if I am the past or the present.
But I think al the time and wonder what is and could be.
My memories are echoes of what used to be.
I am content in my stillness.
No bills to pay, no work to run to.
No tears, or heartaches, no stress or undo.
But only time to think about the day we will all face.
I pray each moment I m met with His Grace and Mercy because my life was a disaster at best.
I struggled against evil and at times won and at times I just left.
At times I conceded and ran for forgiveness and hoped not to repeat it again.
Truly unknown is my fate like yours like everyone. Only time to wait, in the stillness but that stillness will be interrupted
So, do you think you will sit in comfort and wait for the day?
Or will you be tortured continuously awaiting your fate?
Now, you must decide what it will be while you breathe air in your lungs and not dust.
Now while you stand or sit and read this,
Think about the real life and not this dream.
Plan for this real life
Plan for that day and hope for the better and don’t worry about this place.
It will pass, seas will become dry and mountains will crumble and you and I will rise up waiting for the inevitable.
I remember you many times as I lay still each day/
Do you remember what’s important and look forward to that day?
